FindMyShotsstudio

Terms of Service

The rules for using findmyshots studio, whether you are finding your photos or sharing an event’s photos.

Version 1.0Effective 8 October 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service cover FMS Studio (findmyshots studio), the service from FindMyShots where organizers share event photos and attendees find and download theirs for free. By creating an account, opening an album or using any part of FMS Studio, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use FMS Studio. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
  • If you use FMS Studio for a company, club or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use FMS Studio.

FMS Studio is separate from the findmyshots.com photo marketplace, which has its own terms. The same sign-in works on both.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We use it for receipts, invitations and security notices.
  • You need a verified email address to create albums, upload photos, buy credits and accept invitations.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Each account has one organization. Its name is shown on your albums, invitations and receipts, and to attendees.

Contributors

An organizer can invite contributors by email to upload photos to an album. Contributors sign in with their own account, and their uploads use their own credits. The organizer can remove a contributor at any time; photos the contributor already added stay in the album.

Closing your organization

You can ask to delete your organization from Account Settings. Its albums go offline straight away, and you have 30 days to cancel. After 30 days the organization, its albums, photos and drafts are permanently removed and any remaining credits are forfeited. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

3. Uploading and credits

Credits

  • Uploading photos uses credits: one credit for each photo that finishes processing and appears in the album.
  • Credits are set aside while an upload is in progress. Photos that fail, are cancelled or are duplicates are not charged.
  • Credits do not expire while your organization is active.
  • Deleting a photo or an album does not return its credit.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money.

Purchases

  • Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and are paid by card through our payment partners. FMS Studio never sees or stores your card details.
  • Credits are added to your balance once the payment is confirmed.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree to a refund. When a purchase is refunded, the matching credits are removed, which can leave a negative balance that must be cleared before you can upload again.
  • For larger volumes you can send a custom credit request, and our team will follow up by email.

Your photos

  • You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
  • You give FindMyShots a non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and deliver them as needed to run your album. This includes creating smaller preview images, matching photos by bib number or face, and providing downloads to people who can open the album.
  • You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the photos, including any required from the photographer, the event and the people pictured.
  • We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC images of up to 50 MB each.
  • We may remove photos or albums that break these Terms or the law.

4. Downloading photos

  • Attendees can view and download photos from the albums they are allowed to open, free of charge.
  • Downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use unless the organizer or photographer tells you otherwise.
  • The organizer decides who can open an album: anyone, anyone with the link, people with the password, or only approved viewers. Do not share a password more widely than the organizer intended, and do not try to get around an album’s access settings.
  • Organizers can remove photos or albums at any time, so something you saved may later become unavailable.
  • Finding your photos by bib number or selfie is a best-effort feature. It can miss photos or return photos of someone else.

If you appear in a photo and want it taken down, contact the event organizer, or write to us at privacy@findmyshots.com.

5. Acceptable use

When you use FMS Studio, you agree not to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, is sexually explicit, or harasses or endangers anyone.
  • Upload a selfie of another person, or search for another person’s photos without their permission.
  • Copy, scrape or bulk-download albums with automated tools.
  • Try to bypass passwords, access settings, rate limits or other security measures.
  • Resell credits, misuse promotions, or interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.
  • Pretend to be another person or organization.

We may suspend or close accounts and remove content when these rules are broken, or when the law or a regulator requires it.

6. Privacy and photo matching

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and it forms part of these Terms.

  • Selfie search is optional and only works after you give your consent. You can always search by bib number or browse the album instead.
  • Photos uploaded to an album are scanned so that attendees can find theirs by face or bib number.
  • Organizers are responsible for letting their attendees know that photos will be taken and shared through FMS Studio, and for following the laws that apply to their event.

7. Service availability and liability

  • FMS Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We may change, pause or remove features, and may take the service down for maintenance.
  • We are not responsible for the content that organizers and contributors upload.
  • To the maximum extent the law allows, FindMyShots is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to FindMyShots for FMS Studio in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without affecting any data protection or consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
